A trial date has been set for three Coffin Cheaters bikie gang members accused of assaulting a crowd controller in Bunbury earlier this year.James William Wallace Garland, Aaron David Fraser and Alexander Farquharson Rattray each face a charge of assault occasioning bodily harm.They were charged after a police raid on the bikie gang's Bunbury headquarters in May this year.It is alleged the men assaulted a bouncer at the Fitzgerald's Irish Bar in Bunbury on May 9.The trial has been set down to be heard in the Bunbury District Court in March next year.Meanwhile, fellow Coffin Cheaters' member Brant Gregory Tyler, who is accused of assaulting a crowd controller at the same hotel two weeks after the first incident, has had his charge upgraded.Police allege Tyler assaulted the bouncer on May 24.He was initially charged with assault occasioning bodily harm but that has now been upgraded to assault occasioning grievous bodily harm.He is due to return to court on October 27.A second man also allegedly involved in the altercation that night, Adam Michael Stewart, will return to court on August 19.He has been charged with assaulting a police officer.
