Its reputed leader, Clayton Roueche, is in jail in Washington State awaiting trial on drug charges.U.S. court documents describe the gang as a violent, multi-ethnic group that trafficks and smuggles cocaine and marijuana.It is rooted in the Fraser Valley but is believed to operate in Canada as far east as Montreal.
