Three, suspected Bloods members, have been charged with attempted murder and handgun violations, Harris said. They are Perry Lee Jennings, 22, of the 7800 block of Levy Court, Pasadena; Albert Westmoreland, 18, of the 7800 block of Jaki Terrace, Glen Burnie; and Dominque Laring, 17, of the 7800 block of S. Hampton Drive, Glen Burnie. They were to have bail reviews Monday before a District Court commissioner.
