Officer Mike Clardy told Anderson Municipal Court Judge Ken Mattison Tuesday that Oliver had been arrested after a long-term investigation into drug activity, and that Oliver is the founder of the gang. Clardy also recommended that a high-dollar property bond be set for Oliver.Mattison agreed with Clardy’s recommendation, ordering Oliver held in custody in lieu of a $50,000 property bond.
According to records at the Anderson City Jail, Oliver is charged with two counts of possessing marijuana with intent to distribute. He also is charged with two counts of possessing marijuana with intent to distribute within close proximity to a school or park and two counts of distributing controlled substances to someone younger than the age of 18.
